Marc Sadler The Art of Invisible Design

Marc Sadler does not simply design objects. He reimagines the relationship between form, technology and emotion.

A four-time winner of the ADI Compasso d’Oro and a graduate of ENSAD in Paris, Sadler has built his career on an instinctive curiosity for materials, production processes and the unexpected meeting of different technologies. From the first fully recyclable thermoplastic ski boot to internationally recognised icons in lighting, furniture and industrial design, innovation has always been the language of his work.

For more than fifteen years, this vision has found a natural counterpart in Treesse. Together, Sadler and Treesse have shaped some of the brand’s most distinctive products, guided by a shared principle: the most sophisticated technology should be felt, never displayed.

Ghost System gives physical form to that idea. The hydromassage jets and integrated lighting disappear inside a continuous perimeter recess, freeing the surface from visual noise and allowing water, light and pure form to take centre stage.

What disappears is the machinery.
What remains is the experience.
